What can I use "labels" and "tags" for?

A lot of clubs want to create their own subdivisions into groups as they are used to at the club. For example, consider a "tag" with the name "speed group". Under this label, several tags can then be created with e.g. as value "group A", "group B" and "group C". These tags can then in turn be linked to tours, so that each cycling club can also create its own categories in this way, with which the cycling club can be offered a better overview of the tours in a manner to which it is accustomed.
