Cancel Cyql subscription

Sorry to hear you're thinking about canceling. We hope you've enjoyed riding with Cyql!

You can now cancel your subscription directly via the dashboard.
Go to Cyql Dashboard > Subscription, then click the Cancel Subscription link under your current plan.

Here’s what happens when you cancel:

Monthly plan? Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plan? It stays active until the end of the prepaid period and then ends automatically.
Once your subscription ends, your club environment will no longer be accessible.

Tip: Be sure to download any important data or ride history before your subscription ends.
