Yes, this is possible. Members can also be assigned rights that allow them to use the dashboard but not be a club administrator. This is reserved only for the club administrator(s) to change permissions per member in the dashboard.
At the 'Members' menu in the dashboard and then on the member's name, the 'Rights' menu allows a member to access the dashboard. For example, give a member all rights at 'Read'. This allows the member to view all data on the dashboard, but not change or delete anything.
A club administrator can, however, designate multiple members as club administrators so that management of the cycling club can be assigned to multiple people.
