- Go to the dashboard: To manage photo upload permissions, first log in to the dashboard. Go to the website and log in with your username and password.
- When creating or managing a ride, look for the "Photos" option under ''Tags.''
- Turn the feature on or off: Once you find the "Photos" option, you can turn the feature on or off by using the button next to the option. If you turn the feature on, only administrators and road captains can add photos to the ride. If the feature is disabled, anyone can upload photos.
- Save settings: After enabling or disabling the feature, you must click the "Save" button to save the changes.
Manage photos: In the future, the photo menu will be expanded further and administrators will be able to manage photos from the dashboard. Once this feature is available, you can use the menu to manage photos.
Please note that in the future you will also have the ability to further manage the photos from the dashboard.
