My rides have disappeared!

Sometimes it can happen that you have (accidentally) been logged out and therefore you have to log in again.

However, it sometimes occurs that when logging in again, a different login option is used than the original account. As a result, you create a completely new account and it appears as if all previous information has been erased. 


This is because, for example, when the first account was created, it was logged in using the Facebook option. But on the second login, the Google option was used and thus a second account was created (which is not a member of a club etc.). 


It is essential to keep your login information somewhere safe. This prevents confusion and ensures that you are always able to log in again with the same data. So when your rides have disappeared, check your profile first to see if you notice anything different. You may have accidentally created a new account.
